How to Order
1. Select a product via search or browse options
2. Click “buy” and wait for the item to be added to your shopping cart
3. If quantities in your cart are correct, you may either “continue shopping” or “Checkout”
4. If quantities are incorrect, simply enter the right quantity and click “Update totals”. Again you may then “continue shopping” or “checkout”
5. Once you have checked out, fill in the form as indicated with your personals and credit card info. Your order is now on its way.
6. If you are ordering a prescription, make sure you send us the prescription ASAP so that we may send your medication off once the prescription is received.

Fax/Post Orders

Those who do not wish to use the internet may fax or post orders. Just print the order form and fax/post.
1. Download the mail/fax order form
2. Print the form as required.
3. Complete details on form and enter item and quantity required.
4. On completion, fax the order form to 02 99814475 or mail it to the address below . Again if it is a prescription item-make sure you send us your prescription.

Prescriptions &/or order forms should be mailed to: Meditech PO Box 208 Collaroy NSW 2097 or Reply paid address.

Prescription items are sent immediately once the prescription is received by Web Pharmacy. Australian law does not allow us to accept faxed or email prescriptions. If more than one person requires prescriptions in any one order, medical details for each person must be entered. Customers using entitlement cards for prescriptions (eg pension, health care cards etc) must send a photocopy of the entitlement card with their first order to prevent fraud. Refrigerated lines and Dangerous Drugs (s8) cannot be supplied. All "Pharmacist Only Medication" (s3) requires a Doctors prescription to meet Australian Laws (unless you phone us and speak to a pharmacist over the phone) Only Australian prescriptions written by registered Australian doctors can be dispensed.
